Rugs are a very tactile thing, and so you may want to get your hands on a sample to understand a rug's colour, scale, material and construction. We require a deposit in order to send a sample out to you which is refunded when we receive the sample back at the showroom. We will always send the largest size sample that is available.

To order a sample, please head to the desired rug's product page and select 'order a sample'.

Please note that the samples are to scale, meaning the sample will show a small section of the rug. We choose a section that shows as many of the colours within the rugs as possible.

If you would like to see a sample that is customised or bespoke this would take around 4-8 weeks (depending on the construction). The smallest custom sample size we can make is 50cm x 50cm and sampling costs would apply, however we will offset these costs against any order placed. We can install your rug within residential and commercial spaces which includes getting the rug onsite, unrolling the rug in the chosen location and taking away any unwanted packaging. Additionally, we can insert floor boxes cut outs and inset rugs so that the rug fits and functions seamlessly in the desired interior. Just let us know the details of the space when ordering and we can give you a quote.

We often install rugs within the M25, anywhere outside of this will require a special quote which may take a little longer to organise.
