I enjoy adding a touch of playfulness to all my designs and artwork. This comes from my love for daydreaming and how I tend to take life too seriously at times.

‘Marmalade’ was inspired by the city of London and its architecture. London has a wide range of architectural styles I enjoy but art deco stood out the most for me. I was floored when I first arrived in London and got to see an art deco building on almost every corner of the city, particularly cinemas and tube stations. I’ve always been attracted to the sleekness and ‘balance’ that art deco architecture embodies. So, it wouldn’t be a surprise that I’m close to being obsessed with the rule of symmetry in art deco patterns.
